As our lives become more and more hectic, it can seem nearly impossible to check off everything on the to-do list. Time is an issue for most people, whether it is an issue making time to run your business or time just to spend on yourself, it is an issue regardless. I’ll be diving in to the time saving tips specifically for course creators, but time is a universal issue in any industry!
Luckily, there are ways to shave time off your daily to-dos by working smarter, not harder and get your digital course created quickly!

Top 10 time saving tips:
#1 Use your freebie.
If you have created a freebie, you have already assumed that that was something your target customers want, so it is a great place to start for a topic to use for your lead bundle.
#2 Use what you have already created.
Use any content you have already created and used on any social media platforms, this includes blogs, podcasts, videos, etc.
You definitely have more content than you even realize and even if you are just getting started, you most likely have scribbles and notes lying around that you could gather together to create something.
#3 Ask for assistance.
If you want to include something that you don’t feel you are an expert in, but you feel like is an important topic to include in your course, you can interview someone you feel is an expert in that field and use that in your course.
Obviously, they will need to agree to it first.
#4 Provide resources.
Provide them with videos and other resources already created by companies on how to do things that are changing all the time, instead of having to record how to videos every time.
#5 Use your time wisely.
Get going on things that are hardest or need doing urgently when you are at your most productive in the day. Some people are most productive in the morning and some later on but whenever it is, get it done when you are most likely to be at your peak performance level.
#6 Clear your head.
A Lot of the time you get stuck in your head or get stuck thinking about doing something instead of actually doing it. The best thing to do in that instance is go to the gym or go for a walk. Remember to drink enough water, eat and get enough sleep. This is the best way to clear your head.
#7 Plan ahead and use a to-do list.
Put every little detail on your to-do list. When you don’t have every step on your list, the big things might make you feel overwhelmed. That will prevent you from even getting anything done.
If you add the minor steps into the list then when you cross it off, you feel like you are getting somewhere.
#8 Micro-tasking.
Micro-tasking is finding the tiny little tasks you need to do that you could do in 15 minutes or less.
So, you could get those tasks done while doing your normal day to day things. Things like waiting in line to pick up your kids, waiting for the washing machine to be finished while getting the laundry done or even in the 15 minute gap before your next client call. So, figure out the tiny tasks and fit them into your usual day.
#9 Hire a Virtual Assistant.
Hiring a VA to help out is amazing, because not only are you freeing up some of your time but, you are also usually finding someone who can do it better than you can, and helping out with their business as well.
Fivver is great if you are looking for someone to help out with a specific task.
#10 Meal Planning.
This might seem crazy because it isn’t business related but hear me out!
When you plan in advance and know what you are going to cook at night, it really helps to save a lot of time!
If you don’t have to scramble and think and figure out what you are going to make then you can work longer and just jump right into making the dinner you pre-planned. In my get it together girl system I have a meal planning section that is super helpful! Another great way is to use a meal delivery system like hello fresh.
